Job Title: F&B Manager
Department: Hospitality
Location: Jaipur
Reports To: Sr. Manager-Admin & Facility

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / F&B Operations (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing F&B operations, preferably in premium hospitality, luxury retail, or boutique setups.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or high-end service environments is an advantage.

Position Overview
The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Food & Beverage operations within the company, including staff management, menu planning, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring an exceptional in-house hospitality experience aligned with Trunks Company’s brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Service Excellence
  • Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards for clients and team.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all service areas.
  • Ensure all F&B services align with the brand’s ethos and client expectations.
  • Supervise pantry and hospitality staff, ensuring proper grooming, behavior, and service protocol.

2. Menu & Experience Management
  • Curate and maintain the in-house menu (beverages, snacks, and special event offerings).
  • Coordinate with external vendors, caterers, and chefs for special occasions or client visits.
  • Ensure all ingredients and consumables meet quality and freshness standards.
  • Innovate and upgrade menu options seasonally to enhance guest experience.

3. Inventory & Procurement
  • Maintain inventory of all F&B items, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the Admin/Purchase department for procurement needs.
  • Monitor stock usage to minimize wastage and ensure cost efficiency.

4. Events & Client Experience
  • Plan and manage F&B arrangements for internal meetings, client visits, and special events.
  • Work closely with the Founders and Admin team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service where possible.

5. Team Management
  • Handle sourcing, supply, and deployment of manpower for hospitality, housekeeping, and admin support roles.
  • Train and supervise pantry, housekeeping, and service staff.
  • Set performance standards, schedules, and ensure discipline within the team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on hospitality and F&B service protocols.

6. Founder Food & Personal Arrangements
  • Take full responsibility for the Founder’s daily meals, tea/coffee preferences, diet preferences, and timely service.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the Founder’s:
  • Meal timings
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Food preferences
  • Special requests
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, vendors, or home chef to ensure meals are prepared as per preference and delivered on time.
  • Ensure the Founder’s meeting rooms, table setup, beverages, and hospitality arrangements are always ready and professionally presented.
  • Anticipate needs during long meetings, travel, or special days and plan food arrangements accordingly.
