F&B Manager

F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service, quality standards, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and delivering a consistently high guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all F&B operations across outlets
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement menus in coordination with chefs and suppliers
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue and profitability
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in food & beverage operations, with managerial experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications
