We are seeking an F&B Stewarding Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Sous Chef in the planning, directing, coordinating stewarding operations, including Kitchen sanitation, equipment management, and the overall efficiency of back-of-house support across all kitchens and banquet operations.

Key Accountabilities
- Oversee all back-of-house operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in support of culinary and service teams
- Manage stewarding staff, maintain sanitation standards, optimize inventory of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets for the stewarding department
General Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
