F&B Operation Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-standard delivery of products and services. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, optimizing operational processes, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires building strong team dynamics, providing training and development opportunities, and collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Operations management experience, including scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and inventory control
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and process optimization
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service and product quality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service or similar industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
