F&B Operations Manager

8th Cafe attracts visitors from across the UAE and works closely with marketing, influencers, and brand collaborations to build a unique desert café culture.

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on F&B / Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at 8th Cafe, manage bookings and events, handle customer and vendor communications, track sales performance, and work closely with the marketing team to drive growth and improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Cafe Manager, or similar role

* Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Experience handling customer bookings, emails, and inquiries

* Looking for brand collaborations, pop-ups and event opportunities.

* Ability to manage teams and operations during high-footfall periods

* Comfortable working weekends and peak hours

* Experience working with marketing teams or events is a plus
