Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage All Outlets Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the complete operations of all F&B outlets within the organization, including restaurants, cafés, lounges, and catering operations. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and profitability while maintaining high hospitality standards in line with company policies and Qatar regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate outlet managers and F&B staff.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and improve revenue performance.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Coordinate with Executive Chefs, procurement, finance, and HR departments.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and Qatar Municipality regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and performance evaluations.
- Plan staffing schedules and manpower requirements.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, and stock management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in F&B operations, including multi-outlet management.
- GCC/Qatar hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software.
- Financial and business management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
