F&B Operations Manager

Jobresponsibilities :

• Ensuresthat the staff deliver the brand promise and always provideexceptional guestservice.

• Ensuresthat the staff provide excellent service to internal customers inotherdepartments.

• Observesemployeeguest interactions and coaches staff in guest serviceskills asnecessary.

• Ensuresthat all guest and internal customer complaints and enquiries arehandled in a timely courteous and efficient manner followingthrough to ensure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily.

• Ensuresthat the outlet is operated in line with goals to maximizesprofitability while delivering on the brandpromise.

• Assiststhe Director of F&B Operations in preparing the AnnualBusiness Plan and budget for theoutlet.

• Supportsthe Director of F&B Operations in analysing outlet businessperformance to facilitate accurate and meaningfulforecasting.

• Proactivelymanages outlet financial targets and costs based on key performanceindicators.
