Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – F&B Operations to support and oversee daily operations across catering events, outlets, and service locations. The ideal candidate must have a strong catering operations background and the ability to manage teams, logistics, and event execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day F&B and catering operations
• Supervise and support service and operational teams
• Oversee food dispatch, pickups, and event setups
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen, vendors, drivers, and logistics teams
• Handle operational challenges and escalate issues when required
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and manpower coordination
• Ensure smooth execution of catering events and outdoor operations

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in catering operations/background
• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites, events, and operational activities
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible to work shifts and event-based schedules
• UAE experience is preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
