We are seeking a motivated Trainee Assistant Store Manager to support the Store In-Charge in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and waste control.
- Support sales growth and achievement of store targets.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in a QSR, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling and inventory control.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
