We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive continued success at one of our Dubai locations.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, managing staff performance, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven background in restaurant or hospitality management within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and food safety standards.

Team Leadership & HR Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Customer Service

  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Financial Performance

  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and overall profitability.
  • Implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control operational costs.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Brand Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to Calories Lab brand standards and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the restaurant at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
