F&B Purchaser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized F&B Purchaser to manage the procurement of food and beverage items for our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of all supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase food and beverage items from approved suppliers
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock orders
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to meet operational needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B purchasing or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products and supply chain
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines
