We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized F&B Purchaser to manage the procurement of food and beverage items for our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of all supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase food and beverage items from approved suppliers
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock orders
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to meet operational needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B purchasing or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage products and supply chain
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines
