Job Description


Scorpios Bodrum is seeking for an F&B Reservations Supervisor that will oversee all F&B reservations and events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of the reservations systems and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities


Sales and Reservation Management:


  • Handle all aspects of sales and reservations, including checking availability and processing payments.


Operations Oversight:


  • Oversee day-to-day reservations operations and team members that are delivering and fullfiling their tasks. Coordinate with the each Floor Manages of each Revenue centrer to optimize table availability and seating arrangements to maximize revenue.


Guest experience:


  • Uphold and enhance the standard of guest service across all areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.


Issue Resolution:


  • Be proactive in resolving any issues that arise with bookings or reservations to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.


Revenue Management:


  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.


Team Leadership, Training and Development:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the F&B Reservations team.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.


Collaboration Across Departments:


  • Foster collaboration and synergy across multiple departments by effectively communicating and coordinating event-related activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Budgets & Performance:


  • Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.


Requirements


  • Proven working experience as a Reservations Supervisor for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels, High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality, Beach Compounds
  • Very good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Ability to make each guest of Scorpios feel unique, welcomed and generally feel like ‘home’
  • Computer literacy
  • Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances with guests
