We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our food & beverage offerings to corporate and individual clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the F&B division
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the brand
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or catering industry (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
