F&B Service Supervisor (Female)

About the Hotel:
Plaza Inn is a distinguished 4-star hotel known for providing exceptional hospitality and a superior guest experience. We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Service Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage service team.

Job Summary:
The F&B Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between the front-of-house team and the kitchen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient andquality service to the guest as per the standard set by the company.
• Controls and analyzes on daily basis the following:
• Guest satisfaction
• Guest Contact
• Employees satisfaction
• Sanitation, cleanliness &Hygiene (front & back house)
• Operational requirements
• Ensures optimum performance in each of the above areas.
• Ensures optimal service to the guest is provided while maximizing profit potential.
• Established and maintains effective employee relations.
• Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained while balancing quality and sales with daily/ seasonal staffing demands.
• To conduct stafforientation, training, on job performance, coaching and counseling.
• Develop a standard training program in the restaurant, as well as a monthlytraining calendar, implement on the job training sessions for the restaurant staffs in a way to meet the training goals.
• Produces and implement creative promotional programs for the restaurant with thegoal of maximizing sales and visibility and develops annual promotional activities calendar in coordination with the F&B Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4-star hotel or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
