The F&B Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting and supervising daily Food & Beverage service operations, ensuring consistent service standards, smooth workflow, and an excellent guest experience. The role focuses on team supervision, service quality, and operational efficiency in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

• Oversee daily service activities in assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
• Ensure service procedures and standards are followed consistently.
• Monitor service flow, table setup, and overall outlet presentation.
• Address guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Team Supervision

• Guide and support service staff during shifts.
• Assign duties and ensure adequate staffing based on operational needs.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
• Assist in training new staff and providing on-the-job guidance.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate daily instructions, special requests, and operational updates to the team.
• Report operational issues and service challenges to management.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of outlets, equipment, and staff appearance.
• Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

Operational Support

• Assist with staff scheduling and attendance monitoring.
• Support inventory control and proper use of operating supplies.
• Prepare basic reports related to service operations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
