About the Role

Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Service Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supervising team members, and ensuring guests receive a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Food & Beverage service areas.
• Guide and support service staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to service-related concerns.
• Assist with staff training and ongoing performance development.
• Coordinate service activities with kitchen and other operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Support roster planning and manpower allocation based on operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service readiness of all F&B outlets.
• Assist in controlling operating supplies and reporting inventory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate service updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and guest relations abilities.
• Understanding of restaurant and hotel service procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
