F&B Service (Waiter & Waitress)

At THE ONE, we are creating more than a coffee shop; we are building a destination for sophisticated brunch and specialty coffee. We are looking for professional, charismatic, and poised Waiters and Waitresses to join our opening team. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering seamless service and maintaining the elegant atmosphere of our boutique space.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and guide them through our specialized breakfast and brunch menu.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our signature items, .
• Table Management: Oversee the seating and flow of our booth and sofa arrangements to ensure guest comfort and efficient service.
• Presentation Standards: Ensure every dish and drink is served according to our high standards of sophisticated presentation.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Wear the brand uniform (greige shirts and charcoal trousers) with pride and maintain impeccable personal grooming.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless dining area that reflects our minimalist and modern design aesthetic.
