F&B Sr. Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our restaurant, pop-up events and kiosk outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can ensure smooth service across multiple concepts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, kiosks and pop-up events
  • Ensure consistent service quality and excellent guest experience across all outlets
  • Lead, train and motivate the service team
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling based on operational needs
  • Manage inventory, stock control and ordering
  • Oversee event setup, execution and breakdown for pop-ups
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards at all times
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor in a restaurant environment
  • Experience managing pop-up events and kiosk operations is essential
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, high-volume settings
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and event hours
