We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our restaurant, pop-up events and kiosk outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can ensure smooth service across multiple concepts.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, kiosks and pop-up events
- Ensure consistent service quality and excellent guest experience across all outlets
- Lead, train and motivate the service team
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling based on operational needs
- Manage inventory, stock control and ordering
- Oversee event setup, execution and breakdown for pop-ups
- Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor in a restaurant environment
- Experience managing pop-up events and kiosk operations is essential
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and event hours
