Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll manage staff performance, ensure service quality, and coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a smooth workflow between kitchen and front-of-house staff.

- Manage and motivate the team, ensuring staff performance meets company standards and training needs are addressed.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Maintain a high standard of service quality, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

- Coordinate between the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly and on time.

- Monitor and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

- Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.

- Perform regular checks on food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant ambiance.

- Ensure all restaurant policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including both kitchen and service components.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and staff conflicts.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Food Safety Certificate is required.

Experience Level:

- 2+ years of experience in food & beverage, preferably in fine dining or high-end casual dining settings.
