Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café and restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in shawarma, sandwiches, and quick-service food outlets, with excellent leadership skills and a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Supervise daily café/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
- Oversee food preparation, especially shawarma, sandwiches, grills, and quick-service menu items.
- Ensure all stations are properly set up, stocked, and maintained throughout the day.
- Monitor order accuracy, food presentation, and portion control.
Team Leadership
- Train, guide, and motivate staff in service standards, food handling, and customer care.
- Prepare staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient team performance.
- Conduct briefings before shifts and ensure staff follow company policies.
Customer Service
- Greet and interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries or complaints quickly.
- Ensure high-quality service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and guest experience at all times.
Quality & Hygiene Control
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/ISO where applicable).
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and service areas.
- Monitor expiration dates, stock rotation, and proper food storage practices.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
- Assist in ordering supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Minimize waste and control food cost through proper planning and supervision.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily sales reports, staff performance updates, and operational feedback.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Support management in menu updates, promotions, and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or Shift Leader in a café/restaurant.
- Strong background in shawarma and sandwich preparation (knowledge of cutting, marinating, assembling, grilling, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (POS operation, reporting, scheduling).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
