Job Summary:The Part-Time Videographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that highlights the activities, events, and achievements across all departments or business units within the group. This role supports internal and external communication, brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various projects including events, interviews, promotional materials, training, and social media content.</li><li>Coordinate with multiple departments to understand their video requirements and deliver engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.</li><li>Capture B-roll footage and stills to be used across marketing and communication platforms.</li><li>Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).</li><li>Ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and composition in all video outputs.</li><li>Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.</li><li>Deliver final videos in required formats and on time.</li><li>Stay updated with latest video production trends and techniques to improve content quality.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Editor.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.</li><li>Creative eye for storytelling and attention to visual details.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across departments.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Flexibility to cover events at different times or locations within the group.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Part-time, flexible hours based on project and event schedule.</li><li>May include weekends or evenings as per event requirements.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in corporate, event, or promotional video production.</li><li>Basic graphic design or photography skills.</li><li>Own camera and equipment (if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time

Videographer/Video Editor

Job Purpose:The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office operations. The role requires experience in the FMCG sector, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team and various departments.</li><li>Prepare, compile, and submit weekly and monthly reports (sales, inventory, logistics, or performance metrics).</li><li>Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to collect data for reporting.</li><li>Assist in monitoring stock levels, purchase orders, and deliveries.</li><li>Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for management reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCG operational standards.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the FMCG industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) &mdash; Excel reporting skills are essential.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of FMCG workflows, reporting, and documentation processes is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Reporting and Data Management</li><li>Time Management and Organization</li><li>Communication and Coordination</li><li>Accuracy and Attention to Detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Teamwork and Adaptability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
