Job Purpose:The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office operations. The role requires experience in the FMCG sector, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team and various departments.</li><li>Prepare, compile, and submit weekly and monthly reports (sales, inventory, logistics, or performance metrics).</li><li>Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to collect data for reporting.</li><li>Assist in monitoring stock levels, purchase orders, and deliveries.</li><li>Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for management reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCG operational standards.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the FMCG industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) &mdash; Excel reporting skills are essential.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of FMCG workflows, reporting, and documentation processes is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Reporting and Data Management</li><li>Time Management and Organization</li><li>Communication and Coordination</li><li>Accuracy and Attention to Detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Teamwork and Adaptability</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law, and supporting the company&rsquo;s operational objectives. This position requires a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration within the UAE market.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare payroll, employee benefits administration, attendance management, and HR operations.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.</li><li>Implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Handle employee relations matter professionally, including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and Maintain accurate HR records, reports, employee files, and confidential documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.</li><li>Proven experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee relations on HR system Odoo.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in HR system Odoo and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).</li></ul>Work Location: In person
