Job Title: Waitress.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years.

Location: Al-Ain.

Eligibility: Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality services. Open to all nationalities (Female).

Job Summary:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role focuses on maintaining service quality standards, supporting daily operations, and contributing to customer satisfaction within a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and escort them to seating areas when required.
• Present menus, explain items, and take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages professionally according to service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in hospitality service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,316.66 - AED4,831.52 per month
