The F&B Supervisor manages all aspects of providing exceptional Food & Beverage experiences to the family and guests. The F&B Supervisor is responsible for all service and dining areas, including all resources that aid in producing quality experience and quality outcomes in the food and beverage department.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification from a recognised Butler School
- Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
- Level 3 - Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors)
- Level 2 – Allergy Awareness
- Level 2 – HACCP
- Safe Chemical Handling
- + years’ experience working as a butler at a senior level in a 5* establishment.
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service.

- Supervise daily F&B service operations across main palace, private villas, and event spaces.
- Ensure impeccable mise-en-place, table settings, and flawless execution of formal, semi-formal, and informal dining experiences.
- Anticipate guest preferences and uphold consistent, personalized service to royal family members and high-profile visitors.
- Lead pre-service briefings, manage team rosters, supervise grooming standards, and uphold service consistency.
- Prepare purchase orders for F&B supplies, service ware, and inventory needs in coordination with procurement & Warehouse department.
- Create service reports, family/guest feedback summaries, and shift handover documentation for management.
- Identify maintenance defects related to dining areas, equipment, or service stations and coordinate immediate resolution with engineering or housekeeping teams.
- Maintain inventory of fine China, silverware, crystal glassware, linen, and other luxury service equipment — ensuring no losses or damage.
- Ensure service compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and palace-specific protocol standards.
- Support and coordinate service for high-level functions, VVIP dinners, and protocol receptions within the palace or during off-site travel.
- Liaise with the culinary team for service timing, dietary needs, menu understanding, and last-minute adjustments.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all guest interactions and internal communication.
