The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service standards, smooth coordination, and an excellent guest experience in a fine dining and catering environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant and catering service operations
  • Lead, train, and monitor service staff to maintain fine dining standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and service performance
  • Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or fine dining service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
