The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service standards, smooth coordination, and an excellent guest experience in a fine dining and catering environment
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and catering service operations
- Lead, train, and monitor service staff to maintain fine dining standards
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and service performance
- Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in food & beverage or fine dining service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
