Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the F&B team in delivering high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and/or outlets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Support in scheduling and staff duty rosters
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality/hotel industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred
