F&B Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the F&B team in delivering high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and/or outlets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management
  • Support in scheduling and staff duty rosters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality/hotel industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred
