F&B Supervisor (Cake Shop)

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic F&B SUPERVISOR with a strong background in cake shop or retail operations to join our team and help deliver delightful guest experiences in our vibrant cake shop.

As F&B Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the cake shop, ensuring smooth service, attractive product presentation, and outstanding guest satisfaction. You will lead the team on the floor, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming retail environment that reflects The Ned Doha’s luxury brand.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the cake shop / retail outlet
• Ensure excellent guest service and a warm, engaging customer experience
• Maintain high standards of product display, cleanliness, and food safety
• Support in managing inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent service excellence
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue opportunities
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience as F&B Supervisor / Senior Service Staff in a cake shop, bakery, café, or retail F&B environment
• Strong understanding of retail service, product presentation, and upselling techniques
• Passion for pastries, cakes, and customer service
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Experience in luxury hotel or premium retail environment is an advantage
• Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus
