Key Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily F&B operations (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets).
  • Ensure proper setup, service, and cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Monitor service quality and presentation standards.

2. Staff Supervision

  • Schedule and assign duties to F&B team members.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth teamwork and service.

3. Customer Service

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback to improve service.

4. Inventory and Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Place orders and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
  • Minimize waste and control costs.

5. Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain logs and checklists for quality control.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and standards
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
  • High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • With valid QID and transferable VISA

SALARY OFFER :

2800-3000 QR - FULL PACKAGE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
