F&B Team Leader /Barista/Cashier/Waiter

Coffee Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods and often educating customers about the products.

Customer Service: Providing friendly, efficient service and handling transactions.

Order Taking: Greeting customers, presenting menus, answering questions about menu items (including ingredients and preparations), and accurately recording food and drink orders.

Guest Experience: Checking on diners throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests promptly.

Settling Bills: Presenting the check and processing payments, which can involve cash or credit card transactions.
