F&B Training & Development Officer

Responsible for delivering and supporting training programs across F&B operations. The role ensures all staff are trained according to brand standards, operational SOPs, and hospitality excellence guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Conduct onboarding training for new F&B staffs.
  • Deliver structured training on service standards, guest engagement, and hospitality etiquette.
  • Train staff on menu knowledge, ingredients, and upselling techniques.

Operational Support

  • Support outlet managers in identifying skill gaps and training needs.
  • Monitor service delivery and provide real-time coaching during operations.
  • Ensure consistent service standards across all F&B outlets.

Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Reinforce brand SOPs and excellence standards.
  • Promote a professional and guest-focused service culture.

Training Development

  • Assist in updating training manuals, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Support creation of refresher training sessions based on operational needs.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on training progress and staff performance.

Experience:

  • F&B Training and Development: 3 years (Required)
