F&B Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Waiter to join our hospitality team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant or event space
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
