The Family Behavioral Health (FBH) Executive System Administrative Manager supports a vibrant leadership team that guides the work of innovative behavioral health service delivery, providing services to more than 7,500 children, youth and families each year. The ideal candidate for this role knows that this position goes beyond administrative support, emphasizing strategic coordination, project management, and executive effectiveness. Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $99, 750.14 per year (D.O.E.) with a competitive benefits package:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, prioritizing, and streamlining the FBH executive office workflow to meet tight deadlines.
  • Handlling sensitive information, drafting, proofreading, and editing complex documents (reports, presentations, financial packages). Acting as a primary contract for, and communicating with, states agencies (HCA, DOH), funding/regulatory bodies (MCOs, ASOs), and legislators.
  • Coordinating schedules, travel, and logistics for the FBH leadership team, ensuring efficient use of working hours.
  • Supports the fiscal health of FBH by conducting expense reconciliations, keeping up with online financial recording with accuracy and timeliness, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure adequate fund balance.
  • Assisting with urgent, complex projects, and providing proactive, independent problem-solving.
  • Coordinates with the CCSWW Communications Director to update FBH website content and drafting updates.
  • Coordinating logistics, venues, agendas for FBH leadership events.
  • Ability to work independently with iniative and curiosity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, OR 8+ years of progressive executive-level administrative experience
  • Advanced skills in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, CoPilot) with a focus on adopting new technology and automated solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, strong confidentiality, and adaptive communication abilities.
  • Must have a reliable transportation, current valid driver's license and auto insurance with clean driving record.
