Receptionist - Join Our Team!

Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking FDO / Admin cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limit to:

• Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
• Oversee preparation and serving of daily lunch, refreshments, and dinner for guests and executives
• Monitor pantry supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleanliness standards
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
• Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
• Know-how of PXBX
• Basic data entry knowledge
• MS Office and Computer literate
• Knowledge of how to use printer scanner etc

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Previous atleast 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Atleast Graduate

Location: Shaheed e Millat Road Karachi
Compensation: 35k to 45k
