FE Calling Agent | 70,000 Basic Salary | 1 Year Call Center Experience Required

We are hiring experienced and highly driven sales professionals to join our premium Final Expense outbound team. This position is strictly for seasoned agents who understand the US insurance space and want to leverage their skills for a highly lucrative payout.

The Role

In this position, you will execute targeted outbound outreach to customers across the United States. Your objective is to initiate professional conversations, evaluate the prospect's final expense coverage needs, and complete a Live Transfer to a licensed advisor. There is no end-to-end closing required; your success is driven by your qualification quality and transfer volume.

Core Responsibilities

• Targeted Outreach: Manage a consistent volume of outbound calls with a professional, confident, and energetic approach.
• Prospect Screening: Apply your campaign knowledge to verify consumer eligibility and determine interest levels effectively.
• Live Connections: Conduct smooth, warm handoffs of qualified prospects to senior closing specialists.
• Process Compliance: Maintain campaign integrity by following established script guidelines and US telemarketing regulations.
• Target Accountability: Meet daily production benchmarks to optimize campaign performance and your incentive tiers.

Requirements

• Background: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience specifically working on a US Final Expense campaign is mandatory.
• Communication: Flawless spoken English with a natural, professional accent and excellent active listening skills.
• Sales Psychology: Proven capability in overcoming objections and building trust with US seniors.
• Shift Commitment: Full availability for the standard night shift schedule.
