Position: Final Expense Closer

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Final Expense Closers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, building trust with clients, and successfully closing final expense insurance policies over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, objection-handling expertise, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and understand customer needs
• Present and explain final expense insurance plans clearly and professionally
• Handle objections confidently and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Close sales efficiently while maintaining compliance and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a closer in a Final Expense campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing techniques
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
