This role is for experienced High Ticket Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, handle objections, ask for the sale, and close high-value deals over the phone.

You must have experience closing sales yourself from start to finish.

About the Role

You will be speaking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions.

These are warm leads—not cold calls—but your success depends on your ability to build trust, educate customers, overcome objections, create urgency, and confidently close the sale.

You will be selling premium battery systems worth thousands of dollars over the phone, so previous experience in high-value sales is essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm and qualified Australian homeowners.
• Conduct professional phone consultations.
• Explain solar battery systems, Government rebates, finance options, and energy savings.
• Build trust and strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable battery solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Follow up customers until a decision is reached.
• Close sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.
• Work closely with the management team to maximise conversions.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of High Ticket Closing experience.
• Proven experience closing sales over the phone from start to finish.
• Exceptional objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Professional communication skills suitable for Australian customers.
• Strong confidence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Quiet home office environment.
• Ability to work Australian business hours.

Highly Preferred Experience

• Other high-ticket products or services

Experience selling to Australian customers is highly preferred.
