Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Solar Sales Closer with a USA solar company is required.
• Strong understanding of the USA residential solar market.
• Proven ability to close high-value solar deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with CRM systems and virtual sales presentations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with qualified solar prospects.
• Present customized solar solutions to homeowners.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Close solar sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
