 <ol>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Preferred skills with CAE tools i. e.
 
 Hypermesh, Optistrut, Abaqus, n Code
 
 &amp; (Motion Solve - not mandatory but advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency to perform Non-linear (material &amp; Geometrical) Analysis, Shock Analysis, Random Analysis and Frequency Response Analysis, (optimization &ndash; not mandatory but advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish Correlation Between FEA vs Test / Lab
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Marine industry would be an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Composite Modeling in Optistrut would be advantage
 </li>
