SENIOR ENGINEER – SITE CONSTRUCTION HEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Role Summary:

  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer – Site Construction Head to lead the construction execution of high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
  • Manage the complete execution lifecycle—from civil structure to final finishing
  • Monitor work schedules, budgets, manpower, and site safety
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP vendors
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the site
  • Prepare and maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), MIS reports, and handover checklists
  • Ensure DCR and regulatory compliance at every stage of execution
  • Co-ordinate with QC analyst for material procurement & inventory management

• Candidate Requirements:

  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate construction (residential/commercial)
  • Proficient in execution planning, contractor coordination, and material handling
  • Well-versed in RCC structures, finishing standards, waterproofing, and quality benchmarks
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Project (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
