Feed Mill Maintenance Technician
CP Feeds is seeking a reliable and skilled full time Feed Mill Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on mill processing equipment and related systems. The ideal candidate will work primarily during the day shift but must be available for occasional night, weekend, holiday, and emergency assignments as needed across multiple locations. CP Feeds is a wholly owned subsidiary of Country Visions Cooperative.
This position is in-person and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on mill and equipment
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
Collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Assist with installation and setup of new mail equipment or systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance coverage
Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS software
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS system
Availability of working across multiple locations
Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
The typical work schedule will be first shift, Monday through Friday
Must be able to work beyond scheduled hours as business requires
In-person position located at the Wrightstown facility
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a mill or logistics environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment used in maintenance work.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
Work in noisy, fast-paced environments
