We are seeking a Feedback Engineer to act as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback is collected, analyzed, and effectively translated into product improvements. This role is responsible for engaging with customers, closing feedback loops, and continuously improving the quality and performance of our AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers to gather feedback, clarify issues, and understand user expectations.
- Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback from multiple channels.
- Own the feedback lifecycle: intake, analysis, prioritization, implementation follow-up, and closure.
- Test AI systems like chatbots from a real user perspective.
- Identify bugs, gaps, edge cases, and UX issues, and document them clearly.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to drive feedback resolution.
- Track feedback status and ensure timely closure with customers.
- Validate fixes and improvements after deployment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with AI systems, chatbots, or software products is preferred.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable technical requirements.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking and feedback management tools.
