Education & Experience:

  • Having a computer science degree
  • from 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Technical/TechnoFunctional knowledge of Oracle eBSGL,AP,AR,FA,CM, ,eBS Tax modules with development experience in CEMLI components
  • Experience in OAF Development
  • Experience in development of Reports
  • Experience in development of Oracle workflows
  • Experience in PL/SQL Queries/Stored Procedures
  • Experience in developing Oracle eBS interface
  • Experience in Form and OAF personalization
  • Experience in data migration
  • Experience in using FNDLOAD migrations
  • Troubleshoot Production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes. Optional Preferably experience in Oracle eBS Form customization
  • Preferably experience in SOA Integration repository Webservices
  • Preferably support/implementation experience in a multilingual (Arabic) Oracle eBS environment

Role and responsibility:

  • Provide technical support on issues related to the client's financial modules
  • Provide support for escalated issues from primary client's support team
  • Interact with functional users and provide support on issues
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes
  • Check and resolve Oracle eBS integration issues
  • Develop/modify Oracle eBS reports
  • Maintain issue logs
  • Prepare adequate documentation
  • Develop reporting standards and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency
