Education & Experience:
- Having a computer science degree
- from 5 to 8 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Technical/TechnoFunctional knowledge of Oracle eBSGL,AP,AR,FA,CM, ,eBS Tax modules with development experience in CEMLI components
- Experience in OAF Development
- Experience in development of Reports
- Experience in development of Oracle workflows
- Experience in PL/SQL Queries/Stored Procedures
- Experience in developing Oracle eBS interface
- Experience in Form and OAF personalization
- Experience in data migration
- Experience in using FNDLOAD migrations
- Troubleshoot Production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes. Optional Preferably experience in Oracle eBS Form customization
- Preferably experience in SOA Integration repository Webservices
- Preferably support/implementation experience in a multilingual (Arabic) Oracle eBS environment
Role and responsibility:
- Provide technical support on issues related to the client's financial modules
- Provide support for escalated issues from primary client's support team
- Interact with functional users and provide support on issues
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes
- Check and resolve Oracle eBS integration issues
- Develop/modify Oracle eBS reports
- Maintain issue logs
- Prepare adequate documentation
- Develop reporting standards and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency
