Office Administration Duties
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar management
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, receipts, expense tracking)
- Organize office, supplies, and inventory
- Support HR-related documentation if needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Follow up on deadlines and pending matters
Manager Personal Assistant Duties
- Organize and manage the manager’s personal schedule while in the city
- Assist with personal errands (shopping, appointments, reservations)
- Organize travel and accommodations (personal trips)
- Maintain and organize personal documents
Light Household Support ( Only When Required)
- Light home organisation, cleaning, ironing and tidying
- Light services or assisting with home tasks
- Organizing household supplies
- Ensuring the home environment is prepared during city stays
