Femal Manager Assistant ( Cleaner - Driver - Help )

Office Administration Duties

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar management
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, receipts, expense tracking)
  • Organize office, supplies, and inventory
  • Support HR-related documentation if needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Follow up on deadlines and pending matters

Manager Personal Assistant Duties

  • Organize and manage the manager’s personal schedule while in the city
  • Assist with personal errands (shopping, appointments, reservations)
  • Organize travel and accommodations (personal trips)
  • Maintain and organize personal documents

Light Household Support ( Only When Required)

  • Light home organisation, cleaning, ironing and tidying
  • Light services or assisting with home tasks
  • Organizing household supplies
  • Ensuring the home environment is prepared during city stays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving Licences (Required)
