Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, and assisting in daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial records and transactions
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
Use MS Excel and accounting software for record management
Coordinate with management regarding financial matters
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
