· To assists the monitors and parents in the management of the daily operations of the school transportation within an assigned area

· Provide training and facilitates monitor and other staff to ensure maximum effectiveness and safety of children and other staff in the vehicle.

· Along with the Coordinator, help in planning routes with the driver and parents whenever needed and make sure that the students should be picked up and dropped without any trouble and on time.

· Email reply and coordinate with parents, school staff and office staff members for feedback or complaints.

· Communicate and update the supervisor and management in case of any malfunction in the vehicle and provide necessary solution urgently.

· Coordinates student transportation activities with school officials, department heads and other individuals for the purpose of ensuring that transportation needs are met.

· Participates and facilitate meetings with monitors and other staff for development, identifying issues and recommendations for efficiency in processes.

· Assist Transport Coordinator in preparing a wide variety of materials (maps, transportation routes report, route schedules, bus safety policies and SOPs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and issues, meeting compliance requirements, providing a solution for daily issues.

· Make, distribute and then collect attendance sheets from monitors and submit to the concern department.

· To update student information in GPS, provide logins details of GPS to parents, update regarding monitor using GPS and all other work related to GPS.

· Keep all records of monitors that includes QID, NOC, passport, agreement and other related documents.

· Make monthly salaries, record attendance, fines and other necessary documentation of all monitors.

· If Monitor is absent for any reason, admin has to work on her behalf for that day(s).

· Update and send Daily and weekly Reporting and other sheets whenever needed.

· Hiring of new monitor whenever needed and provide them basic training so that they can perform their duties and also give safety guidelines.

· Any other task assigned by the authority.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,200.00 per hour
