Onyx Education & Development Institute is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin & Operations Executive to support day-to-day administrative tasks, student services, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the institute, maintain high service standards, and support management in achieving operational goals.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain student records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and invoices as required.
- Assist with scheduling classes, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle email communication and telephone calls professionally.
Operations Support
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support admissions processes and assist students during registration.
- Monitor attendance, class schedules, and teacher allocations.
- Assist with procurement of supplies, stationery, and operational materials.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of training rooms.
Student & Staff Coordination
- Provide assistance to students with forms, certificates, and queries.
- Coordinate with instructors and training staff for class arrangements.
- Help organize events, workshops, and training sessions.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain operational logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.
- Support management in audits and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin or operations (preferably in training institutes or education sector).
- Strong communication skills (English essential; Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.
Working Hours
- 12 pm to 9 pm with one day off in a week

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
