Female Admin Assistant

Al Bayan Academy is seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Female Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in administration, office coordination, or assistant roles
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Workspace, Email handling, and professional communication
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently
  • Handle professional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Support management with administrative assistance
  • Ensure smooth workflow and professional office operations
  • Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and staff professionally
