Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records both physically and electronically.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Assist in explaining products, services, and processes to new clients.
  • Order Management:
  • Record and track orders received manually or through the website.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and update the company's social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments and queries on social platforms promptly.
  • Design Support:
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize designs for orders.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs meet customer expectations.
  • Accounting Support:
  • Update and maintain records of expenses and accounts in company software.
  • Assist the accounting department with basic financial tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
