Key Responsibilities includes but not limit to:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
- Oversee preparation and serving of daily lunch, refreshments, and dinner for guests and executives
- Monitor pantry supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
- Know how to use PXBX
- Basic data entry knowledge
- MS Office and Computer literate
- Knowledge of how to use printer scanner etc
- Knowledge of graphic designing or IT based knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
- Previous atleast 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Must be Graduate

Compensation: 40k to 50k
