Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling both administrative and sales coordination duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) preparation, renewals, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and schedule gas delivery coordination with operations and drivers.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide daily administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and management for smooth workflow.
  • Attend and coordinate 24×7 emergency calls on a rotational basis when required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to work and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female candidate (Philippine national preferred as per company requirement).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Sales Coordination (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling.
  • Strong customer service and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to handle emergency coordination when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
