Job Summary
We are looking for a Female Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling both administrative and sales coordination duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) preparation, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and appointments.
- Manage and schedule gas delivery coordination with operations and drivers.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide daily administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and management for smooth workflow.
- Attend and coordinate 24×7 emergency calls on a rotational basis when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to work and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate (Philippine national preferred as per company requirement).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Sales Coordination (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling.
- Strong customer service and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to handle emergency coordination when required.
