Job Title: Admin / Accountant Assistant (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Admin/Accountant Assistant to support our daily operations in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and accounting, with hands-on experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Manage petty cash, expense reports, and daily sales reports.
• Support the accountant in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, LPOs, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update company records, contracts, and employee files.
• Assist in attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidate, currently residing in UAE.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration and Accounting within the UAE.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling company records.
